Partage is a community-driven electric vehicle (EV) charging network that enables EV owners to share their home charging stations, earn points, and access a wide range of charging options.
Members can join as PartageHosts to offer their home charging stations, known as ChargeSpots, to the community. They earn points when someone uses their ChargeSpot. PartageGuests can use these points to access other ChargeSpots within the network.
Currently, Partage is exclusively operational in Australia. We are focusing on providing the best possible service to our Australian community. However, we are always evaluating opportunities to expand, and there might be plans to offer our services in other countries in the future.
After signing up, you can register your ChargeSpot and become a PartageHost. You'll earn points each time someone uses your ChargeSpot.
As a PartageHost, you earn points every time a PartageGuest uses your ChargeSpot. Additionally, we offer a reward program where you can accumulate points through various activities like referring friends or completing your profile.
We offer two tiers: Partage Starter (Free) and Partage Pioneer. An additional paid tier for those who cannot host a ChargeSpot will be available in the future. Each comes with its own set of features and benefits.

No, your full name is not publicly visible on the Partage platform. Only your first name and the initial of your last name will be displayed to ensure your identity is protected. We believe in creating a secure environment where your privacy is respected.
We take your privacy and security very seriously. When your ChargeSpot is listed on our platform, its exact location is not publicly disclosed. Instead, we display an approximate location on the map for potential guests to view.
Only after a booking is approved by you, the host, will the exact location and address of the ChargeSpot be shared with the confirmed guest. This ensures that your precise location remains private until you decide to share it, offering you an additional layer of security and peace of mind.
We provide a support system for you to report any issues. Our team will promptly address your concerns.
Partage offers two subscription tiers to fit your needs:
Partage Starter: This is our free tier. It allows you to become a PartageHost, list your ChargeSpot, and accumulate points. However, you won't be able to use your points at other ChargeSpots until you upgrade to a paid subscription.
Partage Pioneer: This is our first paid tier. In addition to all the benefits of the Partage Starter tier, it allows you to use your accumulated points to charge your EV at other PartageHosts' ChargeSpots. The cost is $9 per month (billed annually).

We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.
Currently, Partage doesn't have a dedicated mobile app. However, you can easily register for free on our website and become a host by adding a ChargeSpot. Our website is designed to be mobile-responsive, ensuring a seamless experience on all devices. We're excited to share that we're in the process of creating a mobile application for an even better user experience. Stay tuned for its launch announcement!
Yes, you can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your subscription will run until the end of your current billing cycle.
